We are a small
family run business offering five self catering
cottages located in rural North Devon and on the coast most
of which are pet friendly. The ideal place to base
yourself for a holiday in North Devon whatever your plans.
Whether it is a walking or cycling holiday you have in mind
we are confidend you will find these to be of high quality
but of a reasonable price. As a bonus you will receive a
free homemade cream tea on arrival using clotted cream
fresh homemade scones and
Devonshire Tea.

Coachman's
Cottage is a one bedroom cottage in a
quiet courtyard setting on the outskirts of the village of
Monkleigh. The
3 star
cottage only sleeps two but it has a wood burning stove to
make it realy cosy.

 Seaspray
Cottage, our latest addition, is a seaside self catering
cottage situated in Westward Ho! with magnificent views
along the beach and out accross Bideford Bay towards the
Bristol Channel and Lundy. This
4 star cottage has gas central heating to keep
you snug and warm out of season.

Torrington in a quiet rural location. The
4 Star cottage has a four poster bed in the double
bedroom and twin beds in the other. With its view out over
the old shire horse pond it is ideal to chill out and watch
the birds.
